“Liaaaam”, Mike shouted. “Can you hear me?”. Mike waited for a while but he didn’t hear any reply. It was total silence.

“Mike, what’s going on?”, Raimonda asked. She’s always asking and asking. Her life is a total mess.

“I don’t know”, Mike answered. How am I supposed to know?, he asked himself.

They all turned around and went back downstairs. Timmy went ahead of them to the kitchen. “Liam?”, Timmy said. Everyone got confused about what Timmy said and they followed him to the kitchen. For their surprise, Liam was sitting on the chair next to the table, swinging.

“Where were you?”, Mike asked his son. “What’s going on?”.

“What do you mean?”, Liam replied in a question. “I was sitting here the whole time. I didn’t even move”.

Mike, Raimonda, Timmy, Daniel, Miranda & Christina all exchanged glances. Was this some kind of joke?, they thought. “Come on, let’s continue our breakfast, what are you waiting for?”, Liam interrupted their silence-glancing conversation.

“Uhm, I’d better go to work. I’m kinda late”, Mike said. He was trying to get out of the subject. Before Mike could even take a step, Raimonda called him. “Mike, take out that box with you and throw it somewhere”.

“But honey, I need it for my work”.

“Why would you need a box full of bones for your work?”, Raimonda asked a reasonable question. But when it comes to that box nothing is reasonable.

Mike agreed with his wife. He grabbed the box and left to throw it somewhere while he’s on his way to work.

“Well, I’m going to my room”, Liam said. “I have to finish decorating it”.

“Me too”, the boys and the girls said together.

Everyone went to their rooms. Liam started putting everything together.

“Where do you think the bones came from?”, Daniel asked Timmy.

“Beats me”, Timmy replied. “That box and this house are freaky. It’ a good thing that dad is going to throw it away”. Timmy went and sat on his bed when he remembered something. “By the way Daniel, why did you freak out when you opened that box? I saw you holding a paper or something”

“Let’s not talk about it, please”, Daniel ignored his brother’s question because the whole idea was wrong. Daniel thought that it’s better if he kept the whole idea as a secret.

While on his way to work, Mike passed by a dumpster and he threw the box in it. As soon as he threw it, he had flashbacks, and Liam felt much pain and fell on the ground. “Ughhhh”, Liam let out as he was falling.

Mike’s flashbacks were when he was thrown into the walls of the hospital and how it was possible that Liam could do it when he was dead.

Liam’s pain was gone. He stood on his feet again and sat on his bed. He started hearing footsteps coming from above of him. Then, the footsteps stopped. Liam couldn’t hear footsteps anymore but he heard something calling his name. “Liaaam, come here. COME HERE LIAM”.

Liam stood again and he started to hear footsteps, again. He started following the sound. As he was walking, the footsteps became louder and louder with every step he took.

The sound led Liam to the attic. He entered it but there was no sound of footsteps anymore, and there was nobody there. He started exploring the attic when his eyes landed on a partially burned picture on the ground. There was a guy in that picture but it was kinda blurry. He turned it around and saw that there was a name written on it.

“Chris Bennett”, Liam read the name outloud. Maybe that’s the name of the guy in the picture, he thought. But what is it doing here?, he asked himself.

Liam got out of the attic and headed toward his room. He saw the exact same dark figure he saw before standing infront of his bedroom door. As soon as Liam took a step, the dark figure entered his room.

Liam rushed toward his room and entered it, but there was nobody there. There was just one thing that confused him and it was that his computer was on. He sat there and saw a page talking about Chris Bennett.

He started scrolling and saw the exact same photo that Liam found, on the internet. Liam started reading.

“Chris Bennett is one of the victims of the demonic sacrificing that were used in “Dorothy Swan” church. Dorothy Swan was known as a witch and she built a church after her name, but she used it to communicate with all kinds of demons”.

Liam got scared and turned off his computer. He got out of his room and went to the kitchen.

“What are you doing here?”, Raimonda started. “Weren’t you decorating your room?”, she said as she was cooking.

“Uh, yeah”, Liam replied. “But I thought that maybe you need some help”, he suggested.

“No thanks, dear. Everything’s ok”, she said. “But if you insist, come help me chop some carrots”.

Liam started helping his mother inorder to forget about what he has read. “By the way, Mom, what is the name of the hospital that I was in?”, he asked.

“Dorothy Swan’s Hospital”, Raimonda answered. “Why, honey?”.

Liam didn’t believe what he has just heard. He froze in his place like a statue. “What-What do you mean Dorothy Swan?”…….

"Mom, what happened?", Liam asked, feeling dizzy from that fall. He had no idea what was going on.

"Oh my god, Liam, are you okay?", his mother asked. She was freaking out.

Mike got up and ran toward his son. "Come on, buddy. Stand up", he told his son while trying to help him. "Nothing happened. The lightnings and the storm broke the windows. It's a really stormy night".

"Oh I didn't even realize that it was raining" Raimonda said. "By the way, what was that thing that fell on the ground?". She started searching everywhere but she couldn't see anything because of the darkness.

And suddenly.... someone turned on the lights. Everyone turned around to see who did it, but there was nobody there.

They could see clearly now, and Raimonda continued her search.

"It's the box", Daniel whispered to Timmy. He got those "terrified" eyes again.

"What did you say, Daniel?", Raimonda asked while searching. She could hear anything as if she had the ears of the bat.

"Uhhm, I said that it's the box", Daniel replied. "It's over there", he showed her where the box was.

"What box?", Raimonda asked. She noticed that there's a box on the ground but she didn't know who brought it and how did it get here. She started walking until she reached it. The box was closed but it was heavy. Raimonda held the box and started opening it....

"BONES?!", Raimonda asked, disgusted. She was holding the box wide open in her hands. "Who brought that box?!".

"The kids did", Mike replied to his wife's question. "Honey, it's not a big deal. I told the kids to bring that box for me for my work research". Mike defended his children. He didn't want them to get in trouble with their mother.

And all of a sudden, Miranda let out a scream of horror. As soon as Miranda screamed, Christina noticed what Miranda was screaming about and she screamed too.

"What's going on?", Mike asked his girls, running toward them. "What's wrong?".

"Da-Da-Dad, Look", Miranda said, pointing at the door.

He saw a bloody red hand, with sharp-tall nails coming closer to the doorknob. It didn't take a while when everyone saw this hand and started screaming together. As soon as the screams were out, the hand was gone and the door was shut very hard that it made a loud sound.

"What was that?", Christina asked, hugging her father and looking at him straight in the eyes.

"It's nothing", Mike answered, trying to act normal. "I don't like this place, let's get out of here". 

"Seriously?", Raimonda said. "You want to leave this place? Right now in the middle of the night?".

"Yes, right now. Let's go to our new house, I didn't buy it for staying at the hospital", Mike insisted. He didn't want to talk about it, he just wanted to leave. "Liam, can you stand up and walk?".

"Yeah, Dad. I'm totally fine, as if nothing has happened to me", Liam replied. He was feeling so energetic all of a sudden. "I'm with dad on his idea. Let's leave this place".

Everyone gathered around and left the room. They started walking through the hallway but something was wrong. The walls were cracked. The floor's tiles were broken. Something was totally wrong.

"I don't understand", Raimonda said. "The hospital was totally fine and well-decorated", She said in confusion, as always. Ever since her son got hit by that truck, her life became a wheel of confusion.

The got out of the hospital and ran in the rain toward the parking lot. Their car was the only car that was parked there. They got in, and left.....

"Goodmorning, Mom", Liam said. He was coming down the stairs, rubbing his eyes.

"Oh god, Liam. You scared me", Raimonda replied, laughing. She was preparing the table for breakfast. "How are you feeling, honey?".

Liam walked toward her and smiled. "Never better", he replied to his mother's question. "This was the best sleep I've ever slept in ages".

Liam finished his sentence and his father appeared. "Morning, Dad", Liam said. 

Raimonda smiled. She was just happy that everything went back to ormal, and most importantly, because Liam is back.

Liam took a seat and his father sat next to him. "Where's everybody?", Mike asked. He stood up and got a bowl for himself. 

"Still asleep", Raimonda replied. "They should be awake by now. I should go wake them up". She started walking toward the stairs when Liam grabbed her. "Don't bother, I'll wake them up", he said.

Liam went to the girls' room first. "Knock Knock", he said before coming in, but he didn't hear any reply, so he entered anyway. "Wake up bedheads". The girls are light sleepers, so they woke up fast. "Morning, Liam", they said as soon as they opened their eyes.

"Morning girls", he replied. "Now wake up and go downstairs while I go and wake up the boys". Liam got out of the girls room and headed to toward the boys room. Before he could even reach the boys room, he saw a dark figure standing infront of their room's door.

Suddenly the dark figure opened the door and entered quickly the room. Liam rushed toward him inorder to see where he or IT went. He entered the room but no one was there....

Liam woke up the boys and everyone headed to the kitchen to eat their breakfast.

Everyone sat down and started eating. "I really like this house, Dad", Liam started. "It's really cool, but kinda creepy".

"Thanks, son", Mike replied. "We'll decorate it in your own way".

They continued eating, and as they were eating, Liam saw the dark figure standing outside the kitchen's window. Liam kept staring right through the figure when it face appeared. It had a demon face with horns and creepy red eyes. His mouth was opened and sharp teeth could be seen.

Liam freaked out and fell of the chair. "Liam, what's wrong?", his mother asked him.

"I-I don't kn.......", before Liam could finish his sentence, he was slapped. But no one of his family did. SOMETHING slapped him.

Liam got slapped again and fell on the ground. As soon as he landed, he was grabbed from his feet and got dragged up the stairs until he was no longer to be seen. 

"Mom, Dad, HEEEELP", they could hear his screams from upstairs.

They all ran upstairs but they didn't find Liam....

He was gone........

"Wh-what's wrong?", Timmy asked Daniel. He was terrified too of that look on his brother's face.

"We shouldn't have brought that box", Daniel said.

"Why?"

"Just forget it"

Then a nurse came into the room and said. "I'm sorry but the visiting time is over, you have to leave". She was standing right infront of Liam's bed.

"Alright everyone, let's go", Mr. Anderson said. He grabbed his wife and the children and got out of the room. They were walking through the hallway and noticed everyone in the hospital was looking at them in a creepy way, and right before they reached the exit door, Mr. Anderson realized that he has forgot something.

"Daniel, Timmy, where's the box?", He asked. Crossing his hands over his chest.

"Uhhm, we left it in the room. We don't need it dad", Daniel said quickly. He started to shake and grabbed his father's hand. "Come on, let's go".

"Yes, Daniel, we need it. Infact, I need it", His father replied in anger.

Mr. Anderson walked through the hallway and he saw the nurse and said, "Excuse me, but I forgot something in my son's room, can I get it?". 

"Sure, but hurry", The nurse replied nicely, but she was also looking at him in a creepy way.

Mr. Anderson stood infront of the door, he was about to open it when it suddenly opened by itself, wide open. Well that's weird, he thought. How could the door open by itself?. It's probably the wind, he replied to his own answer.

He entered the room and saw the box on the floor, opened. He also saw a paper next to it. He went there and took the paper. It wasn't any kind of paper, it was a letter.....

"Here you go Satan, the deal is completed, all you have to do now is to find someone with no life so that you can be able to live again. Our deal is done, now everything is under your control"

Mark freaked out and threw the letter away from him but the letter didn't even hit the ground. It was floating in the air. Mark turned around so he could get out and for his surprise, he saw Liam standing infront of him with totally red eyes. 

Liam smiled an evil smile and raised his hand, opening it. He threw Mark to the wall with a big force without even touching him.

Mark hit the wall really hard which made him crack the wall. The sound echoed throw the hallway.

"What was that?", Raimonda asked her kids, standing in the hallway. She closed her eyes and opened them and realized that the hallway was totally empty, not a single person. "Uh, by the way, where is your father?".

"Thank you for bringing me back to life, "Father"", Liam said with a scary deep sound. He kept hitting and throwing his father on the walls and the ceiling without touching him.

"Ughhh", Mark said as he landed on the ground. He felt pain in every part of his body. "What do you want? and how is this even possible?", Mike asked, tired and feeling cracked because of the hits.

Suddenly, the room's door opened and everybody came in and saw Mike on the ground, but Liam was on the bed. Dead.

"Mike, what happened?" Raimonda asked, feeling afraid and worried.

"I-I don't know", Mike replied, trying to get on his feet. "Where's Liam?".

"On the bed", Raimonda said, helping her husband trying to get up. "Why are you asking this question?".

Mike finally stood on his feet, ignoring his wife's question. He was trembling. It was hard for him to stand again after all these hits.

"Mom, listen", Timmy said. 

Everyone froze for a little while and heard the *Beep *Beep* sound that the machine does whenever the heart is heating. Liam was connected to that machine.

"OH MY GOD", Raimonda screamed, tears coming down from her eyes. "He's alive, Mike. He's alive".

Everyone felt relieved and happy because Liam wasn't dead. Mark noticed the opened letter on the ground was missing. He gazed everywhere but didn't find it, so he just held the box and closed it.

A few moments later, a doctor came into the room. It was really weird because the hospital was empty a few moments before.

"That's a miracle. I can't believe it", the doctor said, amazed. "This has never happened in human history. Your son is blessed with a miracle ma'am".

It was midnight. Everyone was sleeping at Liam's room in the hospital, but Liam wasn't in bed.

Something was moving in the dark, but nothing could be seen. And all of a sudden, something hard fell on the ground that made a loud *Thud*.

Raimonda woke up, still feeling sleepy. That *Thud* woke her up. "Who's there?", she asked, making sure what was the reason of this sound.

She started looking everywhere in the room when her eyes landed on two shiny red points. Wide shiny red points.

It didn't take a while when she noticed that those red points weren't points. They were eyes.....

Those eyes were staring at Raimonda, moving a little upwards, and a little downwards, as if the red eyes' body was breathing. Raimonda was freaking out, and she also noticed that Liam wasn't in bed.

"Mi-Mi-Mi-Mike...", Raimonda started waking up her husband. 

"What?", Mike said, in a sleepy voice. He was half asleep-half awake.

"There's something in the room", she said. "And Liam is missing".

Once Mike heard that Liam was missing, he knew that he had to get up. Something was terribly wrong.

Mike got up and sat next to his wife, and saw the scary-glancing red eyes.

"Do you see it too?", Ramionda asked her husband, scared. She was shaking from head to toe.

"What in the world is that?", he replied, but in a form of a question.

The red eyes knew that it was been staring at. Suddenly, a loud scream - a very loud scream - came from the red eyes' place.

Mike and Raimonda covered their ears. The boys and the girls jumped out of bed because of the loud scream. It wasn't a boy's scream, nor a girl's one. It had a deep tone.

The scream was so loud that the windows broke into little pieces of glass and landed on the ground, and on Mike and Raimonda.

The red eyes started to fade away and it was no longer to be seen.

The scream suddenly stopped and as soon as it stopped, Liam was thrown from the side of the and landed hard on the ground......
